Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of office administration support including offsite storage arrangement, invoice checking, and office key arrangement/registration, etc.;
  • Handle property-related matters, facility management, maintenance arrangement and tenancy renewal;
  • Liaise with management office, suppliers and contractors to manage the daily office administration operations;
  • Manage various office systems such as PABX system, copier system and office security system;
  • Perform customer statement reconciliation and follow up reprinting requests;
  • Handling of returned mails;
  • Assist in sourcing and procurement;
  • Prepare regular reports timely;
  • Back up other members of the team;
  • Provide support during non-office hours occasionally; and
  • Perform other administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.

 

 Our Requirements:

  • Tertiary education with 5 years' relevant experience, preferably in banking industry or financial institutions;
  • Strong self-initiative, resourceful and logistical;
  • Multi-tasked oriented, attentive to details and well organized;
  • A strong team player with good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills;
  • Good command of English and Chinese; and
  • Good knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
