- Provide all rounded support in the Customer Service Department;
- Assist in implementing sales and marketing activities;
- Assist in handling account opening procedures;
- Assist our Account Executives or clients in executing Hong Kong securities trading orders with accuracy and efficiency;
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the department;
- Perform all other duties as assigned by seniors from time to time.
- Tertiary educated;
- At least 2 years’ experience in dealing or customer services;
- Holder of SFC Type 1(Dealing in Securities) and Type 2 (Dealing in Futures Contracts) is definitely advantageous;
- High level of customer service orientation;
- Sociable with good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills;
- Mature, patient, cheerful and detail-minded;
- Fluent in Cantonese and Putonghua is a must;
- Candidate with less experiences can be considered as Assistant Officer.
