Job Description



  • Follow up on general consumer enquiries and complaints with timely manner; assist and supervise the junior staff and provide co-coaching
  • First contact of consumer complaints escalation and timely report to manager (external / internal referral etc.)
  • Assist to manage sales and aftersales NPS (Net Promotor Score) dashboard, identify trends and key findings and proactively raise out issues if any abnormal trend is identified
  • Assist to manage other digital tools (e.g. to monitor customer feedbacks online and work with retail operations to drive solutions to improve customer experience
  • Project coordinator and assist manager on SOP development for strategic projects on customer experience (salesforce, call centre revamp, digitalization etc.)
  • Ad-hoc / General administrative tasks




  • Degree holder in Marketing, Hotel Management, E-commerce or related business disciplines
  • 1-2 years' relevant experience in Customer Service, preferable in hospitality and members club 
  • Good communication skills, good spoken and written in Chinese and English
  • Proactive with problem solving and able to work independently
  • Strong passion to develop the career in digital marketing
  • Good team player and Attention to details
