Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in overall project management from initiation, planning, UX & UI design, development to roll-out, monitor production process of deliverables
  • Responsible for feasibility study, flow, wireframe, information architecture, UAT plan, development, testing and refinement
  • Assist in planning and execution of Link’s customer experience on digital platform and related tenant programs including promotion campaigns, communication channels including customer website and app as well as market research and data analytics
  • Monitor, analyze and evaluate market intelligence, business analysis, research and survey
  • Work closely and liaise with different stakeholders for project schedule, requirements and expectation to develop and implement customer retention and loyalty programs 

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Business, IT, Design, Marketing, Multi-Media or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years related experience in IT, Digital Marketing, Product Design or Multi Media Production
  • Results and details-oriented, ability to learn rapidly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with strong self –learning drive
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Immediately available highly preferred

Remuneration

We offer a 5-day work week and an attractive remuneration package commensurate to the right candidates with qualifications and working experience.
