Job Description

Reports to Senior Manager, Customer Service & Claims, this role exists to handle Direct Marketing (DM) policy servicing transaction and deliver quality customer service. The key result indicators for this role are: 

  • Handle DM policy servicing transaction independently and within target turnaround time
  • Handle DM enquiry from internal and external customer through different means of contact
  • Report and escalate any daily operations issues and propose improvement changes for management review 


  • Handle financial and non-financial Direct Marketing policy servicing transactions in administration system in complying to the process guidelines, target turnaround time
  • Report and escalate the daily operations issues to team leader and further propose any improvements for management review.
  • Collaborate with business partner or different internal team to deliver quality customer service
  • Record policy transaction and enquiry for management reports
  • Handle customer/business partner/regulator enquiry through different means, such as walk in, phone, fax, email, etc., to deliver excellent customer service
  • Participate in service enhancement or ad hoc projects
  • Being a team player to back up other functions for service continuity purpose

Required Qualifications

  • Associate Degree or equivalent qualification
  • Holder of IIQAS, LOMA, ANZIIF(Sr. Asso.) qualifications or other related professional/insurance status is an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Insurance industry
  • Knowledge in Direct Marketing products
  • Knowledge of System processing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel & Word
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
