In this position, the candidate will support digital communications and event management of internal initiatives by working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors.  His/her responsibilities will include implementing and supporting content management for the Company such as Email, SharePoint, intranet, eNewsletter, video production, and on-going innovative projects.

  

Officer, Human Resources (Internal Communications) (Part-Time)


Responsibilities:

  • Handle stakeholders’ email enquiry regards to the intranet and newsletters’ update and upload requests
  • Support and implement ideas and solutions to enhance the UI and UX of intranet and media communications
  • Assist to manage the content of all internal communications messages
  • Implement & coordinate internal campaigns & activities to drive corporate cultural change
  • Provide administrative support
  • Vendor management

 

Skills and Requirements:

  • A recognized degree in related disciplines
  • Previous experience in a similar position is essential ideally from finance or professional industries
  • Proficient in MS office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Skills in Photoshop and Illustrator/digital content management/ multi-media production and film editing is an advantage
  • Outgoing personality, interpersonal, administration and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent Chinese and English (both spoken and written) and outstanding communication skills
  • Immediate available is preferred
