Job Description

Result Areas:

  • Handle IFA / brokerage enquiries through hotline/email in a professional manner and ensure quality service
  • Handle new business application processing, payment collection & reconciliation
  • Provide case management in new business, underwriting, policy service and claims enquiries to IFA / Brokerage channels
  • Facilitate pre-application/new application documents checking service to HNW brokers
  • Cooperate with other teams to ensure quality and effective delivery of services to IFA/Brokerage channels

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Degree/ Diploma holder
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in individual insurance industry/in IFA/Brokerage is preferable
  • Customer services experience is an advantage
  • LOMA qualification is well regarded

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills (internal & external)
  • Responsible and attentive to details
  • Ensure quality and effective services delivery
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong PC in Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
