Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Maintain records of investors
  • Process subscriptions and redemptions of investors, and dividend payments
  • Prepare and distribute daily and monthly statements to investors
  • Assist in the collation of know your client and due diligence documents
  • Attend to enquiries from fund managers
  • Participate in system enhancement and conversion
  • Assist in ad hoc projects

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above qualification in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
  • 2-3 years of solid transfer agency experience
  • Experience in series of shares processing and equalization methodology is an asset
  • Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Detail oriented and able to work under pressure
