About this role

  • Partners with key stakeholders, including Retail; Retail Ops; IT; DC; and Digital to develop, execute & own our omnichannel strategy for APAC
  • Actively manages and prioritizes the roadmap and executes against it
  • Works closely with DC and Digital team, as well as third parties, to evaluate future fulfillment options with guest experience and cost optimization front of mind
  • Works closely with Retail Operations to land and optimize developments that touch a store, and engages in continually closing the feedback loop from guests and educators to technology
  • Is SME for multi-market post-purchase fulfillment experiences

A day in the life:

  • Articulates and owns the omnichannel strategy for APAC, in partnership with Digital Director
  • Attends and leads cross-functional meetings with key partners including Ecomm, Retail Ops, IT and DC
  • Collects multi-channel feedback through DC, Retail Ops, Digital leadership, and quantitative metrics to identify strategic and guest experience improvement opportunities
  • Liaises with Product Management to priorities APAC omnichannel backlog, including our clienteling instore APP and POS evolution
  • Liaises with Ecommerce team to understand market and guests needs for fulfillment and convenience
  • Meets with existing and prospective vendors to understand the fulfillment landscape

Qualifications:

  • No minimum on educational qualification, but a background in retail/marketing critical
  • 5 years+ of relevant work experience preferred
  • Experience building, or executing against an Omni-Channel strategy
  • A personally responsible self-starter
  • Ability to understand and solve complex problems
  • Well organized with an ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Vertical retail and/or project management skills
  • Comfortable coordinating with multiple cross-functional stakeholders
