Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Install, support and maintain computer hardware and software infrastructure
  • Oversee daily computer systems operations and performance
  • Support and troubleshooting the MS Windows OS & mobile device (Android/iOS), remote support to end users
  • Analyze computer or IT problems reported and recommend improvement measures
  • Coordinate and support IT project

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines
  • 0-1 year of IT experience
  • Familiar in windows computer application and network knowledge
  • Strong support and troubleshooting skills in windows platform, MS Office
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English, Putonghua
