To support this ambitious project, and because our customers and users are simply looking for the best, we are seeking an experienced Onboarding Analyst.
With a customer-first mindset and an attitude of not being afraid to say “No, this idea won’t work” to the CEO, you will work alongside a team of highly-skilled engineers, designers, data scientists and industry experts in bringing our customers onboard to the supply chain platform of the future. The services you will provide will empower our customers to optimize their end-to-end supply chains and run more successful businesses. Customer Success has no end-point. Focuses on the long-term and ongoing mutual success of the relationship.

So, what will you do at Li & Fung as Onboarding Analyst?
Li & Fung is a publicly listed, multi-billion company that provides end-to-end supply chain and logistics solutions for brands and retailers worldwide, covering product design and development, raw materials and factory sourcing and capacity building, vendor compliance and distribution. We have over 250 offices in 40 markets. We work with 15,000 suppliers to service 8,000 customers. We are currently forming a small team to build a digital platform to ultimately disrupt how this industry creates and trades consumer products.
