Job Description

JAC Hong Kong is part of the JAC Recruitment Group. We have offices in most of the major cities in Asia with over 1200 employees among 25 offices. Due to strong growth and demand in the market for our services, we are looking for an additional member to join our Operations Team. The opportunity is for the role of an Operation Assistant to support our recruitment consultants and Administration. This is a definite career track for those interested in working in human resource functions or recruitment industry.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and sales support to our teams in Hong Kong office
  • Implement control over company policies and practices
  • Arrange courier services on behalf of company
  • General Administrative tasks
  • Maintain office supplies and decorum
  • Help with IT related duties and coordinate with IT Department in Singapore
  • Regular data management
  • Answering general line phone calls and greeting guests occasionally
  • Assist in event planning and organisation
  • Other ad-hoc projects and task
  • Immediately available is an advantage

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
  • Non-degree tertiary or DSE graduate
  • Good command and verbal skills in both English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Organized and result driven
  • Good at prioritizing work and meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
