Job Description


  • Preparation and follow up of purchase orders
  • Handle day to day import operation duties
  • Preparation the full set document such as the P/L, B/L, Health Certificate and Invoice for the shipping process
  • Provide support and report to Purchasing Dept. on daily work flow
  • Communicate with overseas suppliers closely on payment, cargo shipment and claim submission



  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Diploma, High Diploma or Associate Degree holders from Logistic/ Business Administration are preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills especially in the application of MS Office
  • Experience in Frozen Meat Industry is an advantage
  • Immediately available is preferred
  • New immigrants will also be considered
