l   Responsible for general office operational works

l   Detailed oriented, able to work under pressure, independent

l   Job nature challenging and full of learning opportunities

l   Handle customer inquiries and work closely with technical team and customers on aftersales services

l   Support customer service functions including online service 

Requirements: 

l   Tertiary or above

l   1 – 2 years relevant working experience

l   Fresh graduates will also be considered

l   Good computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel

l   Proficiency in spoken & written English and Mandarin

l   Immediately available is preferred

l   IT skills is preferred
