Job Description

Responsibilities

- Manage daily order processing and filing, e.g. data entry, issue DN & invoice, etc
- Follow up payment and queries with customers
- Coordinate with external and internal parties for operation related matters
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

- Form 5 or above
- Minimum 2 years working experience
- Mature, courteous with good communication skills, able to work under pressure
- Fast and accurate typing.
- Knowledge of SAP preferred
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
- Immediate available preferred
