Responsibilities:

Shipment follow up, handle full set documents for sea export, communicate with client, carrier, co-loader and overseas agent.

Sales support for rate enquiries

 

Work requirements:

F.5 / HKDSE or above and Diploma holder will be an advantage.

3 - 5 years relevant experience of customer service / export operation of Sea department at freight forwarding industry is preferable.

Independent, organized, responsible, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and problem solving person.

Good English and Mandarin

Good PC knowledge (Microsoft office, Outlook)

Immediate available is preferable.
