Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality and professional course consultation and service to parents
  • Handle telephone enquiries, enrolment, monitoring of attendance and billing procedures
  • Maintain student records, and general clerical support duties

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and relationship building with students and parents
  • Presentable, outgoing and friendly personality
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Day-off on public holidays
  • Willing to work on both Saturdays and Sundays
