- Handle loan application processing, including loan drawdown & disbursement
- Communicate with customer on loan offering and any other outstanding issues
- Provide assistance to branches for routine operational enquiries
- Perform regular briefing with branches for introducing new initiatives and follow up outstanding enquiries or tasks
- Prepare training materials or operational guidelines on specific operational issues
- Provide administrative support and assist in all operational matters
- Perform adhoc task as assigned
- Degree holder or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’relevant experience in financial industry
- Able to work under pressure and independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good PC skills, fast and accurate typing
