Job Description

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide comprehensive support by taking a lead role in operational maintenance of an online loyalty reward platform
  • Handle email enquiries sent directly from members or via clients
  • Liaise with merchant partners to investigate transactional queries
  • Perform daily transactional & merchant administration duties for our global clients
  • Support financial reconciliation & client reporting processes
  • Produce reports for senior managers, clients and partnership organizations

 

Requirement:

  • Degree holder with 1-2 years of work experience in Operations
  • Experience and passion for operations, customer services support and data administration
  • Excellent command of English. Proficiency in Japanese is a distinct advantage
  • Meticulous eye for detail
  • Ability to work quickly with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to identify problems and proactively suggest improvements
  • Exposure to affiliate marketing and/or e-commerce is a strong plus
  • Responsible, willing to learn, well organised, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working both independently as well as with others
