Responsibilities:

• Communicate with brokers on task expectations, clarify with brokers if needed
• Follow up and generate letter using Microsoft Word and/or internal application
• Arrange document hardcopy transmittal to clients or insurers, etc. (normal post / courier)
• Digitalize hardcopy document using multi-function machine and maintain Hard / soft copy filing system
• Covert and upload files to electronic document repository
• Handle billing tasks as per assigned
• Perform data entry duty

 

Job Requirements:

• Form 6 and above or equivalent work experience
• Basic knowledge in General Insurance preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Can-do attitude
• Able to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Hands-on experience of using Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, JIRA preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is preferred
