Job Description


  • Supervise a small team to lead and manage all platform resources (members) recruitment activities, including but not limited to regular platform introduction session, orientation briefing and outbound calls programme.
  • Plan and execute community penetration campaign to explore and attract potential candidates to join theplatform.
  • Manage and maintain efficiently the retention and activation of members.
  • Build and enforce Standard Operating Procedures and Policies related to platform resources management.
  • Gather and analyse Market Intelligence to maintain the platform’s market competitiveness.
  • Plan and execute platform resources related tasks in relation to the implementation of new products / services launch.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties / projects assigned by top management.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.



  • Diploma holder or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines.
  • 5-7 years’ relevant experience of which 2 years were at managerial level.
  • Experience in emerging technology in logistics and supply chain, including but not limited to open-platform, dynamic pricing; knowledge of cloud service in logistics is a plus.
  • A down to earth leader to deal with a large and diverse driver community plus leading a young and energetic team.
  • Strong problem solving skills with analytical mindset.
  • Independent, stress resistant and adaptable to a fast-paced growing start-up.
  • Creative and able to develop new initiatives.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
