Our client is a well known asset management firm, they are now seeking for a high calibre candidate to join them.

Work closely with head office to provide operations support for the business. Provide operation support on new business project. Work with trustee, custodian, fund administrator on the fund operation support, and assist business to maintain the relationship with the service providers. Responsible to arrange the regular service calls with service providers. Update and maintain key operation manual. Assist Sales to handle any question related queries from distributor. Handle daily ETF operation between participating dealers, fund administrator, and operation within the Group. Monitor of quota, handle the creation or redemption. Coordinate with back office or IT on updating the data onto the website, to ensure it follows the regulatory requirements.   Work with participating dealers, fund administrator on the operating guideline, procedure and other operation related documents. Work together with product team on ETF products.

To be considered, you will be a Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years of relevant operation experience in asset management. Good knowledge on investment operations. Sound communication skills in English and Mandarin.
