A major digital insurance firm has revolutionised how insurance companies sell their products through an award-winning eCommerce platform. They have disrupted the market through their platform and excellent general insurance products. They are seeking a project officer to join their operations team to handle overall tasks relating to operations.
Your new role
The project officer will be handling daily operations and ensure that applications are compliant with manuals, guidelines, and regulations. Dispatch policy relevant documents in a timely manner and within service standard. Maintaining data, files, and documents are in good order and readily available. This role will also focus on process mapping and operations workflow analysis. You will be given the chance to make changes to improve efficiency to the operations team.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will have at least 1 years' experience in the general insurance industry. You should have good understanding of insurance policy administration and operations. Candidates who good customer service skills and are strong communicators will be preferred. It is required that you speak Cantonese and English for this role.
