Description

As an Operations Officer, you will

  • Prepare purchase and sales contracts
  • Follow up the invoices and payment issues
  • Handle full set of shipping documents
  • Coordinate with both internal and external parties
  • Handle enquiries and complaints from clients
  • Handle any ad hoc duties regarding operations

Profile

  • Diploma holder or above in logistics/ supply chain/ business or any related disciplines
  • Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Working experience from trading commodity background
  • Self-motivated; independent; detail-minded
