Job Description

The Job

  • Assist for client projects and system tool enhancement, setup and administration
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of system rollout material, help on user guide, training material preparation
  • Involve managing and setting up client user account application
  • Prepare problem logs and support user enquiry, provide instruction and training to users
  • Help to arrange data preparation, house-keeping and extraction for ad-hoc reques

 

The Person

  • With Service Desk working experience or with Higher Diploma or above in Information System or equivalent will be an advantage
  • 0-2 year working experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (esp. Excel)
  • Possess good communication skills and good in written and spoken English
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, independent, detail-minded and collaborative skills to work together
  • Fresh Graduate also will be considered
