Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Assistant Training Manager to develop and facilitate job-specific training, new-hire induction programmes for service centre operation teams
  • Create and conduct training sessions to cover programmes, promotions or process changes, and soft-skills development
  • Develop and implement testing and measurement tools to evaluate the transfer of skills from the training environment back to the workplace
  • Ensure agent knowledge is tested and minimum standards achieved prior to transacting with customers
  • Serve as the System Administrator for the training portal tool
  • Assist with the Quality Assurance function and coaching

 

Requirements:

  • University/post-secondary graduate or above
  • At least 2 years’ experience training with formal qualifications in workplace training or adult learning. Preferable within operation centre.
  • Excellent organisational, facilitation and written/verbal communication skills, including command of English and Cantonese languages
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel & Power Point
  • Basic knowledge of operation technology tools: PABX, ACD systems, IVR, email handling tools, customer management systems, e-learning/training tools, etc. 
  • Strong ability to multi-task. Flexible and adaptable to changing environments
  • Self-motivated, and uses initiative to drive process improvement
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and engaging. Ability to work in a team environment and quickly build relationships.
  • Dedicated to quality service delivery and solutions-focused
