The Global Exhibitions Division organises transaction-oriented Exhibitions and trade shows, which provide buyers and sellers across different industries and communities with a powerful platform to meet face to face, build relationships and conduct business. Informa has a portfolio of over 150 Exhibitions, serving a number of core verticals, including Health & Nutrition, Beauty, Property & Construction and Pop Culture.Our division is now looking for an Oracle Functional SME/Consultant in Hong Kong office for the below responsibilities: 



As part of the Centre of Excellence team, resolve queries and issues following company policies and procedures

  • Work with 3rd Party support provider to resolve user requests and incidents
  • Support month-end close Deliver end-user training
  • Monitor and assist resolve key interfaces
  • Maintain existing configuration and supporting documents Answering ad-hoc user queries Provide expertise and advice for new business initiatives and projects
  • Provide guidance to users regarding Oracle EBS best practice
  • Identify & gather change requirements and contribute to overall Oracle system change management processes
  • Assist ensure that Oracle E-Business Suite applications are compliant with audit controls and change control processes
  • Provide information to comply with internal and external policies and audit requirements


  • Good understanding of accounting principles
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Finance modules
  • Full cycle project management experience desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills
  • Finance experience with a demonstrable technical focus
  • Detail & service-oriented self-starter able to effectively prioritize assignments and meet deadlines
  • Willing to work to policies and procedures
  • Ability to adapt, learn and evolve in a dynamic team environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within strict timetables
  • Accounting qualification desirable
