Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting patients and general reception tasks
  • Handling all incoming telephone calls and making appointments
  • Assist in general office administrative work, ordering of stationary, post and balancing reports.
  • Ad-hoc administrative works, other clerical support & outgoing works when required


Requirements:

  • Must be cheerful, well presented and willing to work as part of a team.
  • Excellent English, telephone manners and communication skills a must.
  • Must be well-organised, motivated and attentive to details.
  • Willing to learn.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Clinic Solutions knowledge is an advantage.
  • Previous medical or customer service preferred.
  • Cantonese skills preferred but not essential.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Part-time role
