Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Consolidate and handle uniform arrangement of shop staff
  • Handle spare parts ordering and distribution, manage and coordinate store repair & maintenance
  • Process store supplies allocation and order handling
  • Generate data and prepare regular reports for business review
  • Provide support on formulating guidelines and business presentation
  • Handle quotation and payment processing
  • Participate in ad hoc projects when required

  

Requirements:

  • Available to work for at least 3 half days per week
  • Degree holder or university student in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-minded, able to meet deadline and work independently
  • Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fluent in written and spoken in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
