Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Hong Kong, Partnership Manager will be responsible for developing partner networks and managing key partners. You will ensure the partner’s contractual rights are achieved, whilst also supporting on their strategic goals and objectives. The candidate will assist with partner strategy and activation planning, to bring the partnership to life, and generate positive ROI for the partner. The candidate will also work internally with our Marketing & Communications Manager to enhance partner and EEM communications internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the key point of contact for servicing partners

Manage all aspects of outreach program to potential and existing partners

Identify and seek new partners to secure creative and long-term relationships

Work with existing partners to expand current partnerships

Organise regular meetings and calls with partners to foster relationships and ensure strong co-operation

Develop tailor-made proposals and sales tools

Assist partner strategy and activation planning

Deliver partners sponsorship rights and activation programs

Ensure contract compliance and client satisfaction Secure new funding

Update and review budget forecast and achieve sales target

Work with global sales team to define global sales strategy

Support clients on activations during and ensure all engagements are recorded for post-event reports

Prepare post-event reports for partners after event

 

 

Requirements

Solid experience in partnership management

Exceptional organisational, presentation and communication skills, both in verbal and written

Motivated, goal oriented and able to work independently

High level of business acumen

Network in luxury industries

Experience in event industry is a plus

Excellent in English; Chinese and other European language a plus
