Job Description


  • Work with the other pastry chefs in Macaron and other pastry productions
  • Manage and train your team on all aspects of the production
  • Maintain the consistency of excellent quality and standard
  • Monitor the cleanliness as well as sanitation of the kitchen and food laboratory


  • Higher Diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate
  • Certificate in recognized food handling / sanitation institution is highly preferred
  • 5 years or more of pastry production experience in luxury hotels, Western restaurants or established pastry brands
  • Well-versed in kitchen hygiene, creative and service-oriented
  • Good team player with strong communication and supervisory skills
  • Excellent spoken English required
  • Expatriates will also be considered
  • Applicants with less experience will be considered for post as Junior Chef
