Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Managing monthly payroll & MPF calculations (around 300 payroll)
  • Payment process of staff reimbursable expenses and vendor parables (A/P)
  • Maintaining and updating the data for staff benefits membership / entitlements/ reimbursed amounts, and commission
  • Other staff benefits administration / tasks assigned
  • Payroll system implementation / maintenance

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Accounting or relevant disciplines
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience, preferable in Payroll Administration
  • Knowledge in accounting system, preferable SAP and Peachtree
  • Flexible, hard-working, self-motivated

Location: TST
14 days Annual Leave + 1 day Birthday Leave
