Job Description

HR Analyst (1 year contract) job for a global financial institution to drive their HR initiatives

Your new company
We are partnering with one of the most internationally recognised US based companies in the world, this organisation is a market leader in the financial services industry. They are currently looking for a Payroll and HR Analyst (1 year contract) to join their dynamic team.

Your new role
This position reports into the HR Senior Manager. You will be supporting the region to provide a centralised data management support to other countries. Your responsibilities will include gathering benchmark data on compensation and benefits, map out salary ranges, calculate retention, turnover and internal mobility rates, report on key recruiting metrics (for instance time to fill and hiring costs) and forecast costs and help create budgets. You will also provide support on payroll processing, reconciliation and reporting, help to analyse employee's internal survey (like job satisfaction) and recommend areas of improvement on HR procedures.

What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Have at least 4-5 years of Payroll, HR Analyst or similar experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and detailed oriented is important
  • Strong interpersonal skills, passion for exceeding client expectations, commitment to quality and willingness to learn is required for this role
  • Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts and presentations (excellent with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word)
