Job Description

Job duties

  • Support on the daily payroll operation and company's payroll transition project
  • Work on reports, journal postings and payments
  • Execute payroll and tax related activities during offboarding process
  • Ensure all payroll processes are followed and records are appropriately maintained
  • Work closely with the team and clients to maintain high level of customer satisfaction


  • Solid work experience in Human Resources and Payroll, while in banking industry is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of local employment ordinance
  • High-level of proficiency in Excel and a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent (written & verbal) communication skills and well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and organised team player, with good communication skills and a can- do attitude
