Responsibilities
- Designs and delivers various training courses to operational staff
- Coordinates and administers internal and external training programme including training schedule, attendance and evaluation report
- Maintains and supports the e-learning training system
- Monitors the effectiveness of operational trainee programmes
- Designs and implements staff recognition programmes to promote company culture and values
- Organizes various staff engagement and CSR programmes
- Publishes quarterly staff newsletter and issues staff circulars to announce company news
- Being an internal auditor of ISO 9001 to support effective quality management system
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Preferable with 1- 2 years’ relevant working experience gained from sizable organization. Fresh graduates are also welcome
- Proficient in MS office application
- Knowledge of video editing and photography is an advantage
- Energetic, proactive and well-organized
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good interpersonal, facilitation and problem solving skills
