Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Build People Process, Program Excellence and HR tools to scale People Operations to support a flexible global company
  • Formulate and implement People Programs, projects, policies and procedures that are in compliance with all local legislation and which are aligned to our global People Strategy
  • Support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the elimination of unnecessary complexity and identification of better ways of working
  • Manage regional payroll operations and benefits administration with internal and external resources, in close collaboration with the finance team
  • Develop processes to detect, troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring integrity of data throughout the organization
  • Drive the implementation of HR tools or technology and oversee their integration to ensure they are developed and leveraged to meet company information needs
  • Define and track key metrics to analyze program trends and effectiveness, drive strategic design decisions based on data

Job Requirments:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience overseeing the execution of HR operations initiatives
  • People-oriented, passionate about coaching and developing your team members
  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility with and gain commitment from key stakeholders
  • Experienced in managing multiple projects in a face-paced enterprise, across different geographic locations. Knowledge in Asia local labour law a plus
  • Excellent language (English, Chinese & Mandarin) and communications skills
  • Ability to routinely take initiative to identify issues and solve problems; thoroughly analyze information and make timely recommendations with minimal supervision
  • Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural background and in different time zones
