Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Assist General Manager in daily secretarial and clerical tasks
  • Liaise and organize business meetings
  • Prepare meeting materials and files
  • Responsible for analysis reports(including Excel and PowerPoint), and report to General Manager regularly
  • Provide general administrative & clerical support
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned


Job Duties:


  • F.7 education or above, degree holder is preferred
  • 2 year or above of experience providing secretarial support to senior management
  • Detail-minded and initiative
  • Able to work independently and work under pressure
  • Good in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin & English
  • Proficient in MS Office & proficient in Chinese & English typing
  • Immediately Available is highly preferred
