Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full range of personal and secretarial support
  • Coordinate effectively for meetings, calendar, travel & accommodation arrangement
  • Handle personal and family matters, including kids, helpers, driver etc
  • Assisting in managing the household, payroll, bills etc
  • Dinner and events coordination, household maintenance, home enhancement etc. Also to communicate and co-ordinate schedule with helpers and drivers. 
  • Handle employer’s household issues
  • Liaison with both internal and external parties
  • Co-ordinate and handle ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Outdoor duties
  • Manage daily schedule for the family

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor holder or above
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience / PA experience
  • Detail-oriented, independent, mature, proactive and reliable
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail-minded, well-organized, pleasant with can-do attitude
  • Mature, patient with strong sense of responsibility
  • Flexible to work OT on weekends in case of emergency
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
  • Working experience with PRC team members will be an advantage
  • Knowledge computer skills in MS Words, Excel and Power Point
  • Local PRC students (IANG Applicants) are welcome
  • 5 Days Work (Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday)
  • 15 Days annual leave
  • Double pay
