Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial duties and administrative support to Director.
  • Perform secretarial duties in a professional and efficient manner including business correspondences handling, preparation of reports/minutes and note taking, translation of English/Chinese documents, etc.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings with concerned organizations or parties.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to carry out various activities and job tasks.
  • Assist in following up the progress of projects with the concerned parties.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time by Director

Who we are looking for 

  • Degree holder with major in Sociology or Psychology or related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years' relevant working experience. Exposure in social work or public relations is preferable.
  • Sound knowledge in Corporate Governance is an advantage.
  • Open-minded, flexible, passionate, detail-mindedand high degree of self-initiative.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills and able to build up good relationship internally and externally.
  • High sense in handling confidential information & documents.
  • Good written & spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin).
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
