Job Description

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support.
  • Personal Assistant to Company Director.
  • Perform daily General Administration duties.
  • Handle customer settlement and staff reimbursement.
  • Perform some accounting duties such as cheque preparation, telegraphic transfers, order purchases.
  • Carry out ad-hoc assignment as required.

Experience / Qualification Requirements

  • Form 5 / DSE or above
  • Knowledge in accounting
  • Good PC knowledge (Word, Excel, word processing, etc);
  • Independent, responsible, detail-minded and well-organized, self-motivated, good interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure;
  • Immediately available is preferred
