Job Description

Job Requirements:

 

l   0-2 years relevant experience, preferably in legal, finance or professional firm

l   Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.

l   Knowledge in Simplified Chinese

l   Proficient in Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing

l   Provide secretarial support to the Managing Partner and/or the Chief Administration Officer

l   Organizing, reminding and updating schedules and meetings/calls and preparing agenda, minutes and materials

l   Handle all business correspondences, travel arrangement and expenses claim

l   Perform daily accounting operations including cheque receipt/payment, accounts payable, accounts receivables;

l   Co-ordinate with all functions and keep track of projects

l   Writing articles, speeches, seminar materials or marketing materials

l   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface with international colleagues and clients

l   Maintaining an effective filing system and client relationship management information

l   Responsible, pleasant, outgoing, willing to work overtime and able to work independently

l   Have a strong, proactive client service focus. Ambition to achieve results and contribute to the success of the business

l   Able to start work as soon as possible
