Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in general HR administrative and clerical support such as maintain leave records, travel arrangement, arrange courier etc.
  • Handle incoming calls, answer enquires and greeting interviewees
  • Provide support in administration duties including all stationery, office/shop equipment maintenance, procurement, filing and general correspondence etc.
  • Compile, co-ordinate and update various general administrative, personnel matter
  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Secretarial studies or related disciplines is preferred
  • Good computer knowledge including MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Self-motivated, good communication skills, and multi-tasked ability
  • Immediate available is preferred
