Personal Assistant/Secretary (Welcome Fresh Graduates/Quarry Bay)

We are now recruiting a Personal Assistant for an AIA Senior Wealth Management Manager.
Duties:
- Provide secretarial support to the Unit Manager
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the sales team
- Follow up sales service closely at all time
- Prepare business reports, presentation materials
- Capable to handle all enquires and correspondence independently
- Capable to handle recruiting
- Willing to perform ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above
- Minimum 1 year or above working experience
- Able to work independently with strong responsibility, and attentive to details
- Pleasant, cheerful and motivated
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good command of Cantonese and English, fluency in Mandarin is a must

- 電腦技巧,MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)及中英文打字
- 協助主管為准客戶准備建議書
- 市場活動宣傳,會議安排組織
- 協助安排跟進團隊招聘事宜
- 辦公室日常行政工作
工作要求:
- 高級文憑或副學士學位
- 1年工作經驗(畢業生亦會考慮)
- 具有獨立處事能力、富有責任感
- 良好人際交往能力,性格開朗,樂於與人溝通
- 基本電腦操作技能
- 基本中、英文交流能力,流利普通話(普通話背景人士更好)
