Job Description


  • Involve and support the SAP HRIS changeover
  • Prepare related documentation, assist in system configuration, data input, checking and conversion 
  • Ensure all HR data in system are up-to-date and accurate
  • Perform UAT with test case/data preparation
  • Gather regular reports, forms and HR related data
  • Perform C&B & other HR duties as assigned by superiors


  • Degree holder
  • At least 1 year’s experience in hand-on HRIS implementation and roll outs
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance & relevant labour legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal kills
  • Numeric sensitive, detailed minded and able to meet tight deadline
  • Proficiency in Excel skills such as Pivot Table is definitely an advantage
  • With payroll calculation and administration experience is highly preferred
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
