Job Description

The Role Encompasses:

Lead the communication planning process for campaigns which includes:

  • Maintain good relationship and manage expectation with clients
  • Discussion and understanding of the brief with client and agency partners
  • Campaign development with client and agency partners
  • Develop the communication strategy; guiding through to execution to ensure the integrity of the strategy lands in implementation 
  • Familiar with Targeting Strategies in ad network and basic knowledge of Programmatic buying
  • Campaign presentation with Strategy Manager
  • Account management with timely post mortem report and finance report


Develop Insights

  • To work with Strategy Manager, to develop competitive/category analysis and provide actionable learnings that are relevant to the brands(s)
  • To lead planning team, to gather market intelligence on post-campaign results, consumer insights, media landscape and competitive activity


Drive Innovation

  • Keep up to date with the development of new media services, innovations and offerings to be able to integrate solutions within appropriate strategy.
  • Cascade new skill sets required to implement and drive innovation amongst planners/ executives.


Working Location: Cyberport (數碼港), Hong Kong
