Job Description

A global leading banking group is currently looking for a PMO to join their expending team.

The ideal candidate should be be familiar with PMO systems such as Clarity, Poineer, Fusion, Fieldglass, etc with banking/financial experience.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for effectively leading and managing the PMO deliverables, providing senior management with accurate and timely information
  • Agrees agenda, co-ordinates collation of, develops materials for, attends, records and distributes minutes of key governance forums (Steering Committee meetings and Programme Leadership meetings)
  • Reviews and reports overall risk and issue status of the programme to senior stakeholders
  • Establishes robust quality assurance of key PMO processes including reporting, RAID and CRs, with a view of ensuring information presented to stakeholders is timely, accurate and appropriate for the audience
  • Provide effective governance of the programme and provide support to the end to end Finance Programme Manager including accurate and timely programme information and decision support to workstream stakeholders
  • Drive and coordinate delivery across all finance workstreams through rigorous and joined-up planning, identifying opportunities for increased streamlining and increased consistency across workstreams
  • AOP/Budget vs Actuals tracking/CIB pack preparation & support
  • Responsible for overall PMO activities

Requirements

  • Significant programme, Significant programme, project management and PMO knowledge
  • PMP/Prince 2 certification is preferred
  • Knowledge of PMO tools (Clarity, Poineer, Fusion, Fieldglass, etc )
  • Track record of delivering highly complex transformation projects with a larger programme environment
  • Good knowledge in planning and reporting process, risk and issue management, change control management and quality management
  • Knowledge of programme budget VS actual
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
