Job Description

oversee group level IT governance and pro-folio management

Job Responsibilities:
* Enforce effective IT Governance framework and processes across the group
* Promote and maintain project management framework, investment management and benefits tracking, risk profiling and management
* Perform portfolio management for IT projects, ensure the project schedule, budget, quality resource review etc
* Manage and keep track on the progress of all group projects
* Stakeholder management for the IT planning, project schedule and priority, budget and progress
* Facilitate the sharing of resources, methodologies, tools and techniques
* Build, develop and support a team of Program and Project Managers for project execution

Job Requirements:
* Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant discipline
* PMP/Prince2 holder holder, Min 7years in managing IT PMO office
* Familiar with IT governance and portfolio management
* Setting up project management standards, develop the methodology for measuring achievement and benefits from IT investments
* Proactive, self motivated, strong problem solving skills and communication skills
* Familiar with waterfall & Agile environment
