Job Description

One of the market leading financial service client is looking for a PMO to join their team to oversee project governance.

Job Responsibilities:
* Perform portfolio governance, drive PMO best practices for IT projects
* Promote and maintain project management framework, coordinating delivery, ensuring compliance to standards, risk profiling and management
* Ensure the project schedule, budget, quality resource review etc
* Manage and keep track on the progress of all group projects
* Stakeholder management for the IT planning, project schedule and priority, budget and progress
* Facilitate the sharing of resources, methodologies, tools and techniques
* Build, develop and support a team of Program and Project Managers for project execution

Job Requirements:
* Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant discipline
* 3-8 years Project management experience, financial service experience is preferred
* PMP/Prince2 holder holder is a plus
* Familiar with project governance , deliverable controls and risk management
* Proactive, self motivated, strong problem solving skills and communication skills
* Familiar with waterfall & Agile environment
* Candidates with short notice is a plus
