Job Description

My client is a strategic consultancy firm with major clients in the high end hospitality and hotel avenue.They are looking to hire a professional PR / Account Manager to provide quality brand and marketing communications and drive the implementation of projects according to client’s objectives. Candidates with solid working experience in the PR and marketing field with native level oral and written English skills are strongly advised to apply.


Job responsibilities:


  • Support the entire pitch/project cycle, from getting the brief, to onsite execution and final delivery
  • Coordinate with all relevant parties and suppliers to make sure event is delivered on time, budget and standards
  • Be the single contact point of clients; ranging from middle to senior level executives and managers, and provide counsel to them
  • Participate in client meetings, make sure the objective is met and next step is taken
  • Develop timelines, proposals and prepare all clients correspondence
  • Proactively research and keep update with client’s brands / Products/ marketing development especially in F&B, Hotel and Hospitality industry and also the industry trends to provide consultation on their campaign strategies and plans
  • Maintain client relationship and database, explore new potential clients, business development is a big plus




  • Possess a university degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience, preferably in PR, advertising or marketing communications role client company
  • Proven experience in managing teams working cross-functionally
  • Proven track record of building and retaining client business
  • Strong knowledge or experience in account management/coordination,  client/campaign strategy, social media and media planning
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills and leadership qualities
  • Works well under pressure; “deadline” oriented; time management
  • Highly organized, possesses strong administrative and operational skills
  • Self-motivated, dedicated, thrives in a fast-pace environment
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
