Job Description

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):

 

  • Processing and activating new trading accounts for our premier clients.
  • Reviewing applications and supporting documentation.
  • Processing account maintenance requests.
  • Expediting withdrawals, transfers, and deposits (credit card, wires etc.).
  • Processing adjustments, reconciliations, and other regular tasks.
  • Customer service and correspondence (primarily via email).
  • Providing real-time support to our Sales and Financial Services Representatives.
  • Projects and miscellaneous assignments.

 

 Experience & Skills: 

  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Team player willing to work in a friendly team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills.
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
  • Self-starter, comfortable making judgement calls independently .
  • Adaptive to change, with high-tolerance to stressful interactions.
